Focus on the breath
In each moment at any time of the day and at any season we can return to the simplicity of noticing our own breath.
Breathing in, I feel calm.
Breathing out, I feel at ease.
What does your heart want you to focus on as you simply inhale, exhale, repeat?
As you slow to savour this moment?
As you slow to bring yourself ease and remind yourself to offer yourself loving kindness.
Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.
Inhaling all the love in the world.
Exhaling all the peace the world had to offer.
