Build up your practice.
May I mindfully do all I need everyday to look after myself.
Some may say that advent is a tricky time to create or deepen your self kindness practice. I hope here we have shown it can be as simple as you need it to be. Simply taking action again and again starts to create those wonderful habits and routines that say you matter.
To be kind to yourself you do not need to go anywhere - you can set your intention first thing with words of love to yourself, or create a small pause as you need it in an otherwise busy day.
You can make it your own.
Take a moment to celebrate your progress this advent, each time you choose to slow, to be kind to yourself.
