Practice mountain like strength
It can feel so easy for us to get blown off course. Practicing being like a mountain can be a reminder of the strength we have inside of us.
The mountain stands still and strong no matter what. It sees all the seasons and changes with those seasons and over time, yet is still there strong and still.
Start your advent mornings practicing your feeling of strength. Stand up, legs slightly apart and strong as the mountain. Feel your strength right through the floor and beyond to the centre of the planet.
I can weather it all today.
I am strong.
I am calm as the quiet of the mountains today.
